Our goal with the #SensorySummit program is to expose coffee professionals to a broad spectrum of sensory techniques, experiences, and products. Topics for 2018 sessions will include an exploration of the ingredients and flavors of beer, fermentation and flavor in cheese, and how climate drives flavor using tea as an example.
